All your favorites! This mix works well in the shallow soils of the Hill Country and the Edwards Plateau west, and provides blooms for the spring, summer, and early fall. The carefully curated blend of annuals and perennials will allow for blooms year after year. Allow the flowers to finish blooming and form mature seeds before you mow – that will let the annuals re-seed themselves to bring you an even heartier stand of wildflowers next year.
Our Apache, Comanche, and Caddo mixes are named according to the region’s numerous tribal people who once flourished here, identified themselves with the land and were native to it. The boundaries then were ecological, soft, flowing, giving and taking with respect. You can help them flourish again as you become native to your place.
