Prickly Poppy is certainly an apt name for this lovely flower. They are easy to grow, and attract nectar and pollen gathering insects. In fact, you are almost sure to see a bee of some kind when you look into one of these large, frilly white blooms. Plant Prickly Poppies where you can enjoy them from a distance, as they really are prickly! Foliage is more of a blue-green color and leaves somewhat resemble fresh swiss chard with white ribs running down the veins.
